Projects

Below I have a list of my active projects.
In my graduate work, I examined my interest in sensory processing and multisensory integration and ADHD. Currently in my postdoc, I am taking my knowledge of sensory processing and exploring it in an educational context, specifically in relation to school attendance.

My other research passion is to center lived experienced and understand factors that impact diagnosis, treatment, and stigma surrounding ADHD.

School Experiences Survey (Parent & Youth Report)

Includes a new measure of school attendance (QSAP). Further, it includes surveys on other factors that may relate to school attendance (e.g. environmental sensitivity and diagnosis)

Canadian ADHD Priorities Study for Families and those with Lived Experience

A Delphi study looking at priorities surrounding ADHD in families and those with lived experience. Part of a larger study looking at different stakeholder groups led by Drs. Brandy Callahan & Emma Climie.

Strengths, Challenges, and Stigma in Adults with ADHD

Conducted semi-structured interviews where we asked participants what strengths, challenges, and stigma they have related to their ADHD. Sample 1 is Ages 17-29, and Sample 2 is ages 30+.

Multisensory Integration in ADHD (Multiple Projects!)

My PhD work focused on multisensory integration in ADHD. This section includes six projects from my dissertation and other projects including multisensory integration in ADHD.
